As an HR Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the human resources function related to our drone pilot workforce. This includes helping to recruit certified drone pilots, maintaining compliance records, assisting with training logistics, and ensuring effective onboarding and engagement practices. This internship offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience in a fast-growing tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment for drone pilots (job postings, CV screening, interview coordination).
  • Help coordinate onboarding schedules and documentation for new drone operators.
  • Maintain personnel records and ensure certifications and licenses of drone pilots are up to date.
  • Support performance tracking, training compliance, and HR data reporting.
  • Coordinate HR communications and assist with policy documentation and updates.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR and Drone Operations teams.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to HR project work.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in HR processes and employment law in the global market.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Interest in the drone or tech industry is a plus.
