We are looking for a proactive and confident female Business Development Associate to join our team. The role involves working closely with clients and brands in the auto care, home care, and personal care segments to drive business growth. The candidate will handle client enquiries, follow up for orders, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with clients and brands to understand requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Handle incoming customer enquiries and ensure orders are booked accurately and on time.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for order processing, dispatch, and follow-ups.
  • Identify potential leads and opportunities for business expansion.
  • Maintain proper documentation and reports of client communications and sales progress.
  • Travel occasionally to meet clients or attend exhibitions and trade events.

Requirements

  • Education: Graduate in Business, Marketing, or Chemistry Science (preference)
  • Experience: 1–3 years in business development, client servicing, or sales (FMCG or related industry preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Must be self-motivated, organized, and customer-focused.
  • Willing to travel occasionally for client meetings.
