Business Development Associate

We are looking for a proactive and confident female Business Development Associate to join our team. The role involves working closely with clients and brands in the auto care, home care, and personal care segments to drive business growth. The candidate will handle client enquiries, follow up for orders, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution.Key ResponsibilitiesConnect with clients and brands to understand requirements and propose suitable solutions.Handle incoming customer enquiries and ensure orders are booked accurately and on time.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.Coordinate with internal departments for order processing, dispatch, and follow-ups.Identify potential leads and opportunities for business expansion.Maintain proper documentation and reports of client communications and sales progress.Travel occasionally to meet clients or attend exhibitions and trade events.RequirementsEducation: Graduate in Business, Marketing, or Chemistry Science (preference)Experience: 1–3 years in business development, client servicing, or sales (FMCG or related industry preferred).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Good knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.Must be self-motivated, organized, and customer-focused.Willing to travel occasionally for client meetings.We OfferExposure to exciting brands and products in the consumer care industry.Collaborative and growth-oriented work culture.Opportunity to learn end-to-end client engagement and business development.Will work closely with the management and clients and can create impact within the organisation and to the clients.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per monthBenefits:Health insuranceProvident FundAbility to commute/relocate:Harohalli, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:Business development: 1 year (Required)Language:English (Required)Kannada and/or Hindi (Required)Location:Harohalli, Karnataka (Required)Work Location: In person
