We're seeking a focused SEO professional who specializes in driving local rankings and conversions. We need someone who goes beyond basic optimization to deliver measurable results for local businesses through strategic Google Business Profile management and targeted local search campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Keyword Research

• Conduct comprehensive keyword research for local landing pages and service pages
• Identify high-intent local search terms and seasonal opportunities
• Analyze competitor keyword strategies and find gaps to exploit
• Map keywords to the customer journey for maximum conversion impact

Advanced On-Page Optimization

• Optimize titles, meta descriptions, heading, and images for local search intent
• Implement strategic internal linking and site architecture improvements
• Ensure proper schema markup and local business structured data

Content Strategy & Audits

• Research and create high-converting blog topics and content clusters
• Analyze People Also Ask opportunities for local content expansion
• Develop comprehensive content calendars aligned with local business cycles
• Create topic clusters that establish local topical authority
• Evaluate existing content performance, identify gaps, and optimize underperforming pages for better search visibility and user engagement

Expert Web Copywriting & Editing

• Craft compelling content outlines optimized for local search and conversions
• Audit and enhance existing web copy using SEO and conversion best practices
• Write location-specific service pages that rank and convert
• Edit content to balance search optimization with user engagement

AI Tools Integration

• Leverage AI for efficient content creation across blogs, web copy, and meta descriptions,
• Use AI tools for keyword research, content optimization, and competitive analysis
• Implement AI-driven workflows to scale content production while maintaining quality
• Stay current with emerging AI tools relevant to SEO

Campaign Performance Management

• Perform comprehensive audits covering technical, On page, content, backlinks, GMB, Search Console, and Analytics
• Conduct thorough competitor analysis and benchmarking
• Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities
• Provide strategic recommendations for sustained improvement and growth
• Troubleshoot ranking fluctuations and implement data-driven solutions
• Manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously with attention to detail

Conversion-Focused Design Input

• Apply conversion rate optimization principles to improve client results
• Suggest website design and user experience improvements
• Optimize landing pages for both search performance and conversion rates

Professional Prospect Audits

• Deliver comprehensive local SEO audits for potential clients
• Provide detailed improvement recommendations and strategic roadmaps
• Present findings in clear, actionable reports that demonstrate value
