**About the Role**:
We’re looking for an SEO Content Strategist who lives and breathes Google Search. Your mission: drive high-converting organic traffic by building strategic content clusters, upgrading existing content based on Search Console data, aligning with E-E-A-T standards, and closing the competitor content gap.

This is a high-impact role where your content decisions directly affect rankings, engagement, and revenue.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Content Cluster Development:
Build and optimize topical clusters to dominate priority SERPs using keyword mapping, internal linking, and strategic topic coverage.
- Content Upgrades & Optimization:
Improve underperforming pages by analyzing Google Search Console queries, CTR, bounce rates, and time-on-page.
- E-E-A-T Alignment:
Ensure all content adheres to Google’s E-E-A-T framework — experience, expertise, authoritativeness, and trustworthiness — to build site credibility.
- Competitor Gap Analysis:
Perform in-depth competitive research to identify content opportunities and plug holes in existing assets.
- Briefs & Execution Oversight:
Create airtight content briefs for writers and collaborate with editors, designers, and SEO specialists to bring them to life.
- On-Page SEO Best Practices:
Own metadata, H-tag structures, internal linking strategies, schema markup recommendations, and more.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in SEO content strategy
- Strong knowledge of Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar tools
- A proven track record of scaling organic traffic through content
- Deep understanding of on-page SEO, topical authority, and user intent
- Ability to write or guide high-quality, engaging, and factual content
- Familiarity with content CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, etc.)
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Bonus: Experience working in programmatic SEO, B2B/B2C lead-gen environments
