We are looking for a Energetic experienced Sales Person Good Knowledge in Real estate Land sales in Bagalur & Hosur

Job Responsibilities
Strategic Planning
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and revenue targets.
- Sales Performance : Set and monitor individual sales targets, track performance, and analyze sales figures to identify areas for improvement.
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and potential clients to drive business growth.
- Market Analysis : Stay informed about market trends and the competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
- Operational Management : Oversee daily administrative, financial, and operational activities related to property sales.
- Compliance : Ensure all sales activities comply with real estate regulations and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Experience : Proven experience in real estate sales, with leadership or management experience highly preferred.
- Skills : Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Market Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, industry trends, and principles of sales and customer service.
- Technical Proficiency : Proficiency in CRM software and standard office suites like MS Office.
- Education : A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business or Real Estate, may be required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30, ₹60,000.00 per month
