Job Title Area Sales Manager - Building Materials Marble Stones Location Hosur Tamilnadu Employment Type Full-time Company Name SDP Stones About the Role We are seeking an experienced and driven Area Sales Manager with a strong background in the building materials industry particularly in marble and stone products The role involves managing sales operations in the assigned territory driving business growth and building strong relationships with dealers distributors architects builders and contractors Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in the assigned area Generate leads and build strong relationships with dealers distributors architects and project customers Drive sales of marble stones and other building material products Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base Monitor competitor activities and suggest market penetration strategies Ensure timely collections and maintain dealer distributor accounts Provide regular sales forecasts MIS and reports to management Support and mentor the sales team if applicable in achieving goals Requirements Bachelor s degree preferred Business Administration Marketing Civil related field 3 to 5 years of proven experience in sales of building materials especially marble and stones Strong network of contacts in the construction real estate and building material industry Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region Self-motivated target-driven and able to work independently What We Offer Competitive salary performance-based incentives Growth opportunities in a fast-expanding organization Exposure to premium building material projects and clients Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Work Location In person
