Job Description:

Customer Onboarding & Engagement

Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients by guiding them through product features and best practices, driving early adoption and long-term success.

Client Relationship Management

Maintain consistent communication with clients, proactively resolving queries and enhancing customer satisfaction through timely and personalized support.

Revenue Growth & Collections

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with client needs while ensuring timely revenue collection and rigorous follow-up on outstanding invoices.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Feedback Management

Liaise with internal teams (sales, finance, support) to deliver seamless service, while capturing and reporting client feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile:

Experience & Relationship Management

1-2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or customer service, with hands-on involvement in payment collections and client retention.

Communication & Language Proficiency

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English and at least two South Indian languages for effective client interactions.

Negotiation & Problem Solving

Strong negotiation abilities, particularly in payment follow-ups, along with a proven track record of resolving customer issues with professionalism and efficiency.

Tools & Organizational Skills

Proficient in CRM platforms and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with strong attention to detail and effective time and task management capabilities.
