Job Title: Service Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to support our service team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience in service coordination, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service Request Management:
- Coordinate with customers to schedule service appointments and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Manage service requests, including assigning tasks to technicians and tracking progress.
- Customer Communication:
- Serve as a single point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
- Provide customers with updates on service status and estimated completion times.
- Service Process Management:
- Coordinate with internal teams, including technicians, sales, and operations, to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Manage service records, reports, and databases.
- Issue Resolution:
- Identify and resolve service-related issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
- Collaborate with technicians and other stakeholders to resolve issues and improve service quality.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1+ year of experience in service coordination or a related field.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
