* Diagnose and repair technical issues related to UPS and battery systems.

* Carry out routine preventive maintenance as per schedule.

* Support the sales team by giving technical inputs and solution recommendations.

* Prepare service and installation reports for every site visit.

Eligibility:

* Diploma / ITI / – Electrical or Electronics

* 0–3 Years Experience (Freshers can apply)

* Willing to travel for field support

Technical Skills: Understanding of power electronics, UPS topologies (offline/online), batteries (SMF/Tubular), and inverters. Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams and electrical drawings.

Other Requirements: Good communication skills and customer service mindset. Willingness to travel for field support.

* Working Days: Monday to Saturday

* Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

JR Communications & Power Controls Pvt. Ltd. is a leading provider of power backup solutions, specializing in the sales, installation, and servicing of UPS systems and industrial batteries. We are currently hiring a Field Engineer – UPS & Battery Sales and Service to join our dynamic service team in Chennai.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting our UPS and battery products, as well as providing pre- and post-sales technical support to customers.
