Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Import Export Manager located in Kolkata. The Import Export Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing import and export activities, including preparing and handling all export documentation, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders. The role will also require managing and maintaining excellent communication with suppliers, buyers, and shipping companies to ensure smooth logistics and supply chain operations.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of Import Export processes, International Trade practices, and Export Documentation
- Strong Communication skills for managing relationships with clients, suppliers, and shipping companies
- Experience in managing and coordinating export operations effectively and efficiently
- Ability to ensure compliance with international trade regulations and requirements
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Proven problem-solving and organizational skills along with attention to detail
- Proficiency in relevant software and documentation tools is an advantage
