Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible, organized, and proactive Female Office Assistant to support our day-to-day administrative and clerical activities. The ideal candidate should be professional, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced office environment. She will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and providing support to management and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitors in a professional manner
- Organize and maintain physical and digital office files
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Support HR with data entry and filing
- Receive and distribute mail and deliveries
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the front desk and common areas
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar role
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
