As a sales manager at Medha, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and growing our client base. Your English and Hindi language proficiency will be essential in effectively communicating with premium clients and building strong relationships. Your interpersonal skills and ability to merchandise effectively will help to maximize sales and ensure customer satisfaction. Your experience in retail management and operations will also be vital in overseeing day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales at our store in GK-1, through effective communication, your pleasant personality and interpersonal skills.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with premium clients to drive sales and increase customer loyalty.
  • Utilize effective visual merchandising techniques to showcase products at the store.
  • Oversee retail operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the store.
  • Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
