driven, independent, and result-oriented Business Development Manager
who thrives in the world of
B2B sales

If you're someone who loves generating your own leads, meeting decision-makers, and closing high-value corporate deals — this role is made for you.

You'll be responsible for building and managing the complete sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to closing and nurturing long-term business relationships.

What You'll Do

  • Generate
    your own qualified B2B leads
    through cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and events.
  • Identify and connect with
    CXOs, HR heads, and key decision-makers
    across industries.
  • Present tailored solutions, deliver impactful pitches, and
    close deals independently
    .
  • Build lasting relationships and partnerships with corporate clients.
  • Maintain and grow a healthy sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly
    sales & revenue targets
    .
  • Stay updated on industry trends and contribute insights for business growth.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–6 years of
    proven B2B business development/sales experience
    (preferably in healthcare, SaaS, wellness, or membership-based industries).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A
    self-starter
    with a "get it done" attitude and strong ownership.
  • Proficiency in
    CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
    , and MS Office.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
