Job Description


• Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts.


• Maintain and update sales records, reports, and customer databases (CRM systems).


• Follow up on sales leads, client requests, and pending orders.


• Coordinate communication between sales, marketing, logistics, and finance departments.


• Schedule meetings, appointments, and product demonstrations.


• Ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.


• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.


• Handle order processing, tracking, and issue resolution.


• Maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers.


• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.


• Track KPIs such as lead conversions, sales volume, and client feedback.


• Provide administrative support during sales campaigns and events.
