Sales & Operations Coordinator PAN India

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing Coordination

  • Collaborate with PAN India Marketing Teams to drive sales initiatives and streamline order execution.
  • Liaise with Dealers, OEMs, and Customers to manage bulk orders and ensure timely delivery.

Pre & Post-Sales Operations

  • Prepare commercial offers and implement discount schemes.
  • Oversee order booking, material planning, dispatch scheduling, and payment collection.

Policy & Strategy Development

  • Formulate business policies for Dealer Networks, OEMs, and Project Customers to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.

Inventory & Demand Planning

  • Forecast demand and manage inventory for fast-moving product models.
  • Plan component-level stock for slow-moving models to maintain supply chain agility.

Order Management

  • Coordinate with manufacturing units to ensure timely production and dispatch of pump sets.
  • Monitor order lifecycle from booking to delivery.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Generate Monthly MIS Reports for Industrial and Business segments to support strategic decision-making.
  • Promotional Budgeting
  • Develop and manage budgets for promotional activities across PAN India to support brand visibility and market growth.
  • Dealer Enablement
  • Facilitate issuance of dealership certificates and authorization letters to strengthen dealer relationships and market presence.

Preferred candidate profile

Any Degree with 5+ years of experience in the relevant JD
