Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules. Draft minutes of meetings and ensure timely follow-ups. Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Provide day-to-day administrative and business support to the Head of Finance. Assist with basic finance/business-related tasks when required.

Requirements

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in B. Com, M. Com, MBA, BBA, or BA (Economics/Business Studies) with basic knowledge of finance/business. Strong organizational and communication skills. Quick learner with a proactive and detail-oriented approach. Flexible with working hours and occasional travel. Presentable, professional, and adaptable personality. Flexible with timings

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Chandigarh, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
