Executive Assistant to Managing Director

We are seeking a highly professional and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director. The ideal candidate will be mature, composed under pressure, and capable of managing a dynamic workload that includes administrative tasks, interdepartmental coordination, and support for strategic initiatives. Experience in stock management and warehouse operations is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the MD, including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and correspondence.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal teams, external stakeholders, and partners.
  • Coordinate activities across multiple departments, ensuring seamless communication and timely follow-ups.
  • Assist with stock management, warehouse operations, and related reporting.
  • Prepare and manage presentations, reports, and documents for the MD.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
  • Proactively anticipate the MD's needs and manage priorities efficiently, especially under pressure.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, ideally supporting senior management.
  • Experience in stock management, warehouse operations, or logistics is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High level of maturity, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant tools.
