Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Chartered Accountant (CA) / Senior Accounts Professional to oversee and manage the financial health of our multi-business organisation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, and reporting, along with developing financial models, cost control strategies, and providing insights to support management in key decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee accounting, budgeting, and financial operations across all business verticals (education, healthcare, etc.).
  • Prepare, analyse, and present financial statements, MIS reports, and variance analysis to the management.
  • Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, investment analysis, and business planning.
  • Provide strategic financial advice and recommendations to management for improving profitability and cost efficiency.
  • Supervise day-to-day accounting operations, taxation (Direct & Indirect), audit coordination, and compliance activities.
  • Monitor cash flows, working capital, and fund management across different units.
  • Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities for statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure timely closure of accounts, reconciliations, and reporting for all business units.
  • Evaluate the financial performance of subsidiaries or projects and suggest corrective actions.
  • Lead and guide the finance team across multiple locations.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong expertise in Tally, ERP systems, and Excel-based financial modelling.
  • Sound knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, Tax Laws, and Company Law.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and business units simultaneously.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Minimum 58 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, finance, or audit, preferably in multi-division or group organisations.
  • Experience in financial modelling, MIS, and business analysis is essential.
