Opportunity – Associate (Private Client & Private Wealth Practice) | Tier 1 Law Firm

Role Highlights:
  • Private Client & Wealth Advisory: Assist in advising high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and trustees on succession planning, estate structuring, trusts, and private wealth management.
  • Tax Structuring & Compliance: Support direct tax advisory work, including family office setup, trust taxation, and related compliance matters.
  • Research & Documentation: Draft client notes, memos, presentations, and perform legal research on tax and regulatory issues affecting private wealth.
  • Collaborative Execution: Work alongside senior lawyers across tax, corporate, and regulatory teams to deliver holistic solutions for private client mandates.
  • Learning & Development: Gain exposure to complex and high-value matters under the mentorship of a leading practitioner in the private wealth space.
Ideal Candidate:
  • 2022–2023 law graduate from a reputed law school with a strong academic record.
  • Keen interest in private client, tax, estate, and succession laws.
  • Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
