Opportunity – Principal Associate (Level 1 & Level 2) | M&A, PE & VC | Tier 1 Law Firm

Role Highlights:

  • M&A Transactions: Advise on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and business transfers.
  • Private Equity & Venture Capital: Work on minority and control investments, exits, and portfolio management across multiple sectors.
  • Deal Structuring & Execution: Lead drafting, negotiations, due diligence, and regulatory compliance for complex, high-value transactions.
  • Client Advisory: Partner with leading corporates, private equity funds, and venture capital investors to deliver commercially sound solutions.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Guide associates, manage deal timelines, and ensure quality deliverables in fast-paced environments.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Principal Associate – Level 1 or Level 2 with 7–9 years of post-qualification experience in M&A, Private Equity, or Venture Capital.
  • Strong experience in transaction structuring, drafting, and negotiations at a Tier 1 law firm.
  • Excellent leadership, client-handling, and team management skills.
  • Commercially astute, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing complex deals.
