Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Associate role located in Bengaluru. The Associate will work on Litigation, Due Diligence, Drafting and Vetting of Contracts including Share Subscription Agreements and Shareholders Agreements, and will provide consultancy to clients.

The Associate will also work on Dispute Resolution i and will provide assistance to various corporate and commercial transactions including Incorporation and other registrations.

Freshers with less than 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, or CS.
