Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive Intern, you will be directly involved in identifying potential clients, building relationships, and driving growth opportunities for the company. This is a hands-on role where you will learn real-world sales strategies including prospecting, cold calling, lead qualification, and pipeline building.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, databases, and other online/offline sources.
Perform outbound activities: cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings/demos with senior team members.
Maintain and update CRM with all lead/prospect information.
Assist in preparing sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns.
Report daily activities (EOD reports) and contribute to weekly sales reviews.
What You'll Learn

Professional cold calling and cold emailing techniques.
Client relationship management and negotiation basics.
Exposure to IT services business cycle from lead generation to closing.
Requirements
Strong communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).
Interest in sales, business development, or entrepreneurship.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient.
Comfortable with making high-volume outreach (calls/messages).
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Basic knowledge of IT/software services is a plus (not mandatory).
