We are an AI-first property management and monetization platform built to help second-home owners optimize the earning potential of their properties. JadeCaps currently powers over 500 owners across regions like India, Indonesia, Thailand, and Dubai. Our platform integrates dynamic pricing, calendar sync, AI chatbots, and owner dashboards to offer seamless and efficient property management. JadeCaps consists of three strong consumer brands: StayJade, RedOlive, and Jade PMS, each tailored to provide specific solutions for different short-term rental markets.
Role Description
This is an on-site internship role for a Business Development Executive located in Bengaluru. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and maintaining effective communication with potential clients. The intern will play a key role in lead generation, business analysis, and strategic planning to drive growth.
Qualifications
- Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Experience in Business analysis and strategic planning
- Strong Communication skills
- Experience in Account Management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
