About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and high-performing Sales Executive with hands-on experience in selling industrial safety equipment such as PPE, fall protection solutions, and related safety products. The candidate should have a proven track record of meeting sales targets in the Delhi NCR region and must possess strong dealer networks along with established relationships with safety officers, EHS heads, and decision-makers in the industrial safety domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of industrial safety equipment (PPE, fall protection, etc.) in the Delhi NCR region, consistently achieving and surpassing targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key stakeholders in the industrial safety ecosystem.
- Identify potential customers and industries where safety equipment adoption is critical, and position our solutions effectively.
- Provide product demonstrations to clients, showcasing technical features and value-added benefits.
- Expand market reach by generating leads, following up with prospects, and converting opportunities into successful orders.
- Stay updated on safety regulations, industry standards, and competitor offerings to better position our solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, after-sales support, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in industrial safety equipment (mandatory).
- Strong track record of consistent sales performance, especially in PPE and fall protection products.
- Well-established connections with dealers, distributors, EHS managers, and safety professionals in the Delhi NCR region.
- Enthusiasm for sales and technology, with the ability to quickly understand safety products and explain them effectively to clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and motivated to sell value-added safety solutions.
