Job Title: IT Executive

Location: Thrikkakara

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in managing IT systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting daily IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment (PCs, printers, routers, etc.).
  • Monitor system performance and ensure optimal uptime.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to LAN, WAN, internet, and other network services.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and backups.
  • Coordinate with vendors for IT purchases and maintenance.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with IT policies.
  • Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in an IT support or executive role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic networking.
  • Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and installation.
  • Good understanding of system security and data backup/recovery.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
