About the Opportunity

We're at an early stage (pre-seed) and are now looking for a technical cofounder who can lead product & engineering—and potentially step up as CEO with founder-level equity and salary.

As Technical Cofounder, you'll own product and technology roadmap, from building scalable AI cataloging to enabling a seamless e-commerce platform. Beyond engineering, we're open to you taking on the CEO role, driving vision, fundraising, and scaling the company.

This is not an employee role—it's a founder role with salary, equity and upside to match.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Engineering

  • Architect, build, and scale the core platform (web & app).
  • Implement AI-driven cataloging (auto-title, descriptions, attributes from uploaded images).
  • Build a trusted buyer-seller UX (payments, logistics, moderation).
  • Ensure platform scalability, data security, and performance.

Business & Leadership

  • Partner on company vision, strategy, and GTM execution.
  • Hire and lead the first product, design, and engineering team.
  • Drive fundraising, financial modeling, and investor updates (if in CEO role).

Ideal Profile

Technical chops:

  • 5+ years experience in software engineering, exposure to consumer e-commerce apps a bonus.
  • Experience with AI/ML applications in computer vision, LLMs, or recommendation systems.
  • Ability to ship fast with lean stacks

Business acumen:

  • Entrepreneurial experience (ex-founder or early-stage operator) strongly preferred.
  • Comfortable with GTM strategy, community-led growth, and fundraising.

Founder mindset:

  • Bias for action, willingness to get hands dirty.
  • Data-centric execution.
  • Hungry to build a category-defining ecommerce marketplace for Gen Z India.
