Job Title: BPO Recruitment Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic BPO Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring for bulk BPO requirements. The role will focus on sourcing, screening, salary negotiations, onboarding, and handling employee queries, ensuring smooth workforce management without core operations responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for large-scale BPO hiring drives and support functions (IT & Non-IT minor roles).
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
  • Conduct initial screening, assess communication skills, and align candidates with role requirements.
  • Handle salary negotiation and offer closure within company guidelines.
  • Coordinate with business managers for timely hiring fulfillment.
  • Assist in onboarding formalities and maintain proper documentation.
  • Manage basic attendance tracking for employees.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and issue resolution (non-operational HR).
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in BPO hiring / bulk recruitment.
  • Knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed,NGO etc.).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle salary negotiations effectively.
  • Basic HR knowledge related to attendance and employee engagement.
  • Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

  • High energy and ability to handle pressure in mass hiring.
  • Strong stakeholder management.
  • Quick decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with HRMS or attendance management tools.
