Area Sales Manager

Sales & Business Development:
o Drive the acquisition of unsecured loan customers through DSA Channels
o Meet or exceed area-level sales targets and revenue goals on a monthly and quarterly basis.
o Identify and develop new market segments and business opportunities.
Team Management:
o Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives and officers.
o Monitor and enhance team productivity and performance through regular reviews and coaching.
o Implement incentive programs and performance improvement plans.
Customer Experience & Compliance:
o Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction through effective query resolution and onboarding.
o Maintain strict compliance with internal policies, lending norms, and regulatory guidelines.
o Minimize portfolio delinquency by overseeing quality sourcing and assisting in early collection activities.
Reporting & Analytics:
o Track sales performance using dashboards and MIS reports.
o Provide insights and input for product refinement, pricing, and customer outreach strategies.
o Analyze competitor strategies and suggest action plans accordingly.
Qualifications
o Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
o 5+ years of experience in unsecured loans, preferably with at least 2 years in a team leadership or area management role.
o Strong knowledge of retail lending products, market dynamics, and customer profiles.
o Proven leadership and people management skills.
o Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
