Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in New Delhi. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, managing sales teams, and developing sales strategies. Daily tasks include identifying sales opportunities, maintaining client relationships, meeting sales targets, and providing training and support to the sales team. The role also involves conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with marketing and product development teams.
Qualifications
- Sales experience, Sales strategy development, and Client relationship management skills
- Team management and Training skills
- Market research and Analysis skills
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Experience in the healthcare or genomics industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
