We're Hiring | Social Media Marketing Specialist & Telecallers

Company: NR Digitara (Hiring for our esteemed client – a leading Clothing Brand)

Location: Onsite – Chikkabanaswadi, near Appu Circle, Bengaluru

Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM | Monday to Saturday

1 Social Media Marketing Specialist

Experience: Minimum 1+ years (Proven results in the clothing/fashion industry preferred)

Education: Any Degree

Languages: English, Kannada, Hindi

Location: Onsite (Chikkabanaswadi, Bengaluru)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media marketing strategies tailored to fashion/clothing brands.
  • Plan and manage campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
  • Handle content scheduling, engagement, and brand visibility growth.
  • Collaborate with designers and photographers to create visually appealing content.
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports on reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Stay updated on fashion trends and social media algorithms.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience with measurable growth in brand pages.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools & analytics.
  • Creativity, consistency, and ability to manage end-to-end campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

2 Telecaller

Experience: Minimum 1+ years

Education: Any Degree

Languages: English, Kannada, Hindi

Location: Onsite (Chikkabanaswadi, Bengaluru)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
  • Explain product details (clothing & fashion-related) and convert leads to customers.
  • Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and customer details.
  • Build positive relationships with customers through effective communication.

Required Skills:

  • Good verbal communication and persuasive ability.
  • Confident, target-driven, and customer-oriented approach.
  • Basic computer knowledge for maintaining call data.
