**Job Summary**

We are looking for a **Social Media Marketing Executive** who is passionate about digital marketing and creative storytelling. The ideal candidate should be able to manage all social media channels, run paid campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to help grow our brand and generate leads.


**Responsibilities**

* Plan and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.)

* Create engaging posts, reels, and campaigns to drive traffic and engagement

* Manage paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)

* Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports

* Coordinate with design and content teams for visuals and creatives

* Stay updated with social media trends, hashtags, and algorithms

* Respond to audience comments and inquiries in a professional manner


**Required Skills**

* 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing

* Strong understanding of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and Analytics tools

* Creative writing skills for posts and ad captions

* Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva/Photoshop)

* Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently


**Education**

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
