  • Transaction Processing: Accurately receive and process payments via cash, checks, credit cards, or digital methods for vehicle purchases, service repairs, parts sales, and warranty claims.
  • Billing & Invoicing: Generate and review invoices for services rendered, ensuring all charges are correctly applied and documented.
  • Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly, address inquiries regarding billing, services, or vehicle status, and provide information on promotions or service packages.
  • Cash Management: Maintain and reconcile cash drawers, prepare daily cash reports, and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions.
  • Refunds & Adjustments: Process refunds for returned merchandise or services, adhering to dealership policies and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain organized records of all financial transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with service advisors, sales teams, and accounting departments to ensure seamless operations and accurate billing.
