Financial Operations Support Specialist

The primary role of a Financial Operations Support Specialist is to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of financial transactions.
This involves preparing daily sales reports, auditing revenue transactions, and reconciling credit card transactions. Additionally, this position requires effective communication and interpersonal skills to manage and supervise outlet cashiering staff.
Proficiency in accounting software and systems, as well as excellent attention to detail, are essential for this role. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prepare daily sales reports and circulate them among senior staff and owners by 10:00 AM.
- Run day-end reports in Jonas System and generate necessary reports by department or outlet.
- Audit revenue transactions for accuracy, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
- Reconcile credit card transactions daily and post to the system.
Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations and assist with financial reporting. Maintain proper filing and adhere to record retention policies. This role requires a strong background in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
