Job Opening for Telecalling Executive For a Leading Company in Mumbai

Location: Mumbai (Andheri east)

Qualification: Minimum 10th Pass

Experience : Fresher or 6mn to 1yr experience as a Telecollection executive.

(P.S. DRA certified candidates with or without experience can apply)

Salary: Up to 17,000 INR

Work Schedule: 6 days a week with rotational off

We are seeking enthusiastic and Hindi/Marathi/Gujarati -speaking candidates for the position of Telecalling Executive. As a telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and providing excellent service.

Requirements

- Language Proficiency in either - English Hindi Marathi OR English Hindi Gujrati

- Experience : Fresher or 6mn to 1yr experience as a Telecollection executive.

(P.S. DRA certified candidates with or without experience can apply)

- Basic English communications

- Minimum 10th pass

- Good communication skills

- Basic computer knowledge

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers

- Handle customer queries and concerns

- Provide information about products/services

- Maintain accurate records of interactions
