Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles across Engineering, AI, Product, and Operations.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, talent communities, events, referrals, etc.).
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview structures, and evaluation criteria.
  • Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit, ensuring a high-quality shortlist.
  • Maintain an exceptional candidate experience throughout the interview process.
  • Track recruiting metrics, maintain dashboards, and support process improvements.
  • Build and nurture strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Represent Verbaflo's culture, mission, and growth story authentically in all candidate interactions.

Requirements

  • 5 - 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong focus on technical hiring.
  • Proven success hiring for functions such as Backend Engineering, Frontend Engineering, QA- Testing, DevOps, AI, Analytics, Design etc.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination abilities.
  • Sharp, structured mindset with strong judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments (startups preferred).
  • Familiarity with ATS tools, sourcing platforms, and recruitment best practices.
