Job Title: Sales Head– Tempus Central (Workforce Management)

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat, India Industry: IT / SaaS / HRMS

Experience: 8–20 years in B2B software sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (preferably HRMS, ERP, or SaaS domain).

Education: Master's Degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.

Key Responsibilities:  Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve revenue and market growth targets.  Lead, guide, and monitor the sales team to ensure consistent performance and target achievement.  Review team performance regularly to identify challenges, analyze reasons for shortfalls, and implement corrective actions.  Build a strong, motivated sales culture through training, coaching, and performance management.  Identify new markets, enterprise clients, and partnership opportunities to expand business reach.  Lead and mentor the sales team, ensuring high performance and goal alignment.  Identify new markets, enterprise clients, and partnership opportunities.  Manage key client relationships and drive long-term business retention.  Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting.  Collaborate with marketing and product teams for go-to-market initiatives.  Represent Tempus Central at industry events and enhance brand presence.
