Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and result-oriented Business Development Manager (Sales) to lead our Edischool Mart sales initiatives. You will play a crucial role in expanding our school network by generating and converting leads, building strong partnerships, and achieving aggressive sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to devise effective sales strategies.
Present and pitch Edifys diverse school models (Edischool Mart) to prospective clients.
Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, client presentations, negotiation, follow-ups, and closures.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with school owners, investors, and key stakeholders.
Represent MDN Edify at educational events, expos, conferences, and networking forums.
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (Operations, Legal, Finance) to ensure smooth onboarding of new partners.
Key Requirements:
Bachelors degree is mandatory; MBA or equivalent is preferred.
3+ years of experience in B2B or B2C sales/business development, ideally within the education sector.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation skills with the ability to influence and engage decision-makers.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively as per business needs.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300, ₹600,000.00 per year
