Job Description: Branding and Marketing Communication Consultant

Resource should have good experience in as Branding and Marketing Communication Consultant or similar role, with experience in implementing effective communication strategies for business/ brand/ product promotion. S/he should have excellent understanding on messaging, content and channel selection to achieve specific branding and market outreach goals.

Location:
Arunachal, Assam and Meghalaya

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Developing and Implementing Marketing Communication Strategies which includes creating messaging, selecting appropriate channels (digital, print, social media, etc.), and designing campaigns to reach target audiences.
  • Content Creation including website writeup, social media posts, thought leadership, Case studies, email newsletters, IEC & promotional materials (audio/ video) and its Management.
  • Market Research for target commodities to understand target markets/ buyers, their requirements with quality specifications and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Performance Tracking of marketing campaigns and provide reports to team on key metrics and insights
  • Staying Updated on latest marketing requirements, logistic partners, technologies, and best practices.
  • Building Relationships with potential buyers and private sector players

Skills Needed:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for conveying ideas and strategies effectively.
  • Should have good experience of working in designing and developing tools such as Corel, Illustrator, etc.
  • Should have ability to develop innovative and effective marketing campaigns.
  • Should have ability to analyze data for measuring campaign effectiveness.
  • Should have understanding of agriculture & allied sector/ agribusiness.
  • Should have ability to adapt to changing market conditions and project requirements.
  • Should have skills to build and maintain strong relationships with all key stakeholders.
