Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager based in Guwahati. The Marketing Manager will take charge of designing and implementing marketing strategies to promote EREMIG's services and expand its reach. Responsibilities include overseeing digital and traditional marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, managing content creation, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining brand consistency. The role also includes engaging with clients, identifying target audiences, and using analytics to measure performance and refine strategies.

Qualifications

  • Marketing and Strategy Development: Expertise in developing marketing plans, conducting market research, and executing multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Digital Marketing and Analytics: Proficiency in SEO, social media marketing, email campaigns, and performance tracking tools.
  • Content Creation and Communication: Skills in crafting compelling marketing content and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Leadership and Team Collaboration: Strong leadership capabilities and experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software, marketing tools, and analytics platforms is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in education, HR, or consultancy industries is a plus.
