Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles across functions
  • Work in a consulting environment, managing client expectations
  • Source and screen candidates via job portals, referrals, and networks
  • Schedule interviews and facilitate smooth hiring processes
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
  • Provide market insights and recruitment strategy input

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment
  • Prior experience in a recruitment consulting firm is a must
  • Strong communication and client management skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
