About Us:

BN Ayurveda is a fast-growing Ayurveda company specializing in Men's Wellness Products. We are expanding our sales team and looking for an HR Recruiter who can join immediately and help us hire the right workforce.

Job Role: HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment for Tele Sales Executives (Men's Wellness Products)
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates through job portals & social media
  • Coordinate with management to fulfill manpower requirements quickly
  • Ensure smooth onboarding & documentation for new employees
  • Maintain hiring records and support HR operations

Requirements:

  • Graduate in HR/Management (MBA HR preferred)
  • 0–2 years of experience in recruitment (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
  • Good knowledge of hiring via job portals & social media
  • Strong interpersonal and convincing skills
  • Positive and proactive attitude
