Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our IT company's sales and support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining our IT products and services, and generating qualified leads for the business development team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce the company's software, services, and IT solutions.
  • Understand client requirements and provide relevant information.
  • Schedule appointments and follow up with interested leads.
  • Maintain and update the customer database (CRM) with accurate call details and status.
  • Handle basic queries, resolve concerns, or route complex issues to the appropriate department.
  • Meet daily and monthly targets for calls and lead conversions.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English and local languages
  • Basic knowledge of IT products and services (preferred)
  • Confident, polite, and persuasive in approach
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain positive
