Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from customers, answer queries and provide information in a timely and professional manner.
  • Generate and qualify leads; follow up on leads to convert them into sales or further interest.
  • Maintain and update customer database / CRM with accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets (number of calls, conversions, revenue etc.).
  • Cross‑sell or upsell additional products/services where possible.
  • Provide feedback from customers to the sales or product team to help improve offerings.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction; handle customer objections/complaints and escalate when necessary.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other teams to align calling campaigns and objectives.
  • Participate in training sessions to understand product details, scripts, and tele calling best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12th pass; a graduation is a plus.
  • Prior experience in tele calling, tele sales or customer service preferred (but freshers may also be considered if they have good communication skills).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English. Local dialect is a plus.
  • Basic computer skills: familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word) and/or CRM tools.
  • Good listening skills, patience, and ability to handle rejection.
  • Target‑driven mindset; self‑motivated and able to work independently.
  • Punctuality, reliability, good attendance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
