Key Responsibilities1. Project Planning & Execution
- Lead and manage the execution of branding, BTL promotions, and event projects from start to finish.
- Plan timelines, budgets, and manpower allocation for each project.
- Coordinate closely with the Client Servicing and Creative teams to ensure smooth execution and brand consistency.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to management.
2. Vendor Management
- Maintain a strong database of local vendors — printing, fabrication, signage, LED wall, audio-visual, event setup, and logistics.
- Source competitive quotations, negotiate rates, and finalize suppliers based on quality and reliability.
- Conduct vendor audits and ensure timely delivery of materials and installations.
- Develop long-term vendor relationships for scalability and reliability.
3. Branding & Production Oversight
- Supervise production of signage, vinyl prints, acrylic cutouts, and large-format branding.
- Oversee fabrication of kiosks, display counters, mall décor, and exhibition stalls.
- Approve samples and ensure print/fabrication quality matches brand standards.
- Manage installation teams for on-site branding and monitor work completion with precision.
4. Costing & Process Control
- Prepare costing sheets and maintain profit margins on projects.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for vendor payments and purchase orders.
- Maintain control over inventory, printing materials, and branding assets.
- Implement cost optimization methods without compromising on quality.
5. Event & Activation Support
- Oversee logistics, manpower deployment, and setup for corporate events, mall activations, and brand promotions.
- Supervise load-in/load-out schedules, setup completion, and on-ground coordination.
- Ensure all safety, branding, and client compliance norms are met.
6. Reporting & Quality Management
- Maintain project status trackers and vendor databases.
- Conduct quality checks before client delivery.
- Submit completion photos, reports, and vendor performance assessments.
- Recommend improvements to operational processes for better efficiency.
