• Greet and assist customers with product selection, providing expert advice on fragrances and matching scents to preferences.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of perfume brands, ingredients, and trends to offer informed recommendations.
• Demonstrate and promote fragrances, ensuring customers have a personalized shopping experience.
• Process transactions, handle payments, and manage sales.
• Assist with restocking, inventory management, and keeping the store clean and visually appealing.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, encouraging repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall shop performance.
• Participate in store events and promotions to drive sales and engage customers.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail or customer service, preferably in the beauty or fragrance industry.
• Passion for perfumes, with knowledge of scent families, brands, and fragrance trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
