As a Senior Eloqua Techno-Functional Consultant (Marketo Experience Highly Desired), you will:Serve as the primary Eloqua architect and subject-matter expert, owning the platform's end-to-end strategy, configuration, and governance.Manage Eloqua instance health, security, user provisioning, IP warming, deliverability, and quarterly Oracle updates.Design and build sophisticated multi-step nurture programs, lead scoring, segmentation, data normalization flows, and dynamic content personalization.Implement advanced Eloqua capabilities such as Program Canvas, Campaign Canvas, Custom Objects (CDOs), Data Cards, Shared Filters, AppCloud integrations, and complex processing steps.Optimize and govern the Eloqua–Salesforce bi-directional sync, including field mapping, deduplication, sync errors, and performance tuning.Develop and maintain integrations with tools such as 6sense, LeanData, Drift, Salesforce, Snowflake, and Tableau using Eloqua REST/Bulk APIs and AppCloud frameworks.Drive campaign QA, UTM standards, asset tagging best practices, and reporting consistency across marketing operations.Translate high-level marketing strategies into actionable technical execution for ABM, multi-touch attribution, webinars, and personalization initiatives.Build and maintain reporting dashboards (Eloqua Insight Analyzer + BI tools) and train teams on self-service analytics.Lead or support migration and consolidation initiatives, especially Marketo- Eloqua migrations.Document processes thoroughly and mentor junior marketing operations team members.2. What You Bring to the Table:5+ years of hands-on Oracle Eloqua experience in a complex, enterprise-grade environment.Eloqua Master Certification (or Luminary level) — required.Demonstrated success building scalable nurture programs, scoring models, and segmentation logic for large contact databases (>100k contacts).Deep expertise with Program Canvas, CDOs, feeder/decision logic, and processing steps.Strong experience managing the native Eloqua–Salesforce integration, including field governance and custom sync logic.Proficiency with Eloqua REST and Bulk APIs, external calls, and cloud connectors.Solid understanding of email deliverability, IP reputation, anti-spam compliance (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR), and domain warm-up practices.Experience in building Insight Analyzer reports and dashboards, with comfort working in SQL-like logic.Excellent requirements-gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.Highly Desired (Not Required):Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) or extensive Marketo administrative experience, especially MarketoEloqua migration projects.Experience with modern GTM and revenue orchestration tools (6sense, Demandbase, LeanData, Groove, SalesLoft).Front-end skills in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for email/landing page customization.Exposure to Snowflake, dbt, or other modern data stack environments.Familiarity with the broader Oracle CX ecosystem (Unity, Responsys, Maxymiser).3. You should possess the ability to:Architect and execute both technical configurations and multi-channel marketing strategies within Eloqua.Collaborate with Demand Gen, Marketing Ops, RevOps, and Data teams to convert strategy into clear technical solutions.Troubleshoot complex sync issues, deliverability challenges, campaign failures, and API-related errors.Design scalable automation flows and ensure data reliability across systems.Communicate effectively with both marketers and technical stakeholders.Deliver high-quality documentation, maintain governance standards, and mentor team members on best practices.4.
