D365 Techno-Functional Consultant

Key Skills:

  • Strong expertise in D365 FO Finance modules: AP, AR, GL, Cash & Bank
  • Financial close processes, reconciliations, cost accounting, asset management
  • Root-cause analysis, incident management, KPI reporting
  • Excellent documentation and stakeholder engagement skills
  • D365 certification preferred
  • Deep knowledge of D365 FO modules: Inventory, Procurement & Sourcing, PIM, Asset Management
  • Strong background in supply chain process optimization and issue resolution
  • Experience in integration support (e.g., PO automation, ACH) and functional triage
  • Involvement in documentation, upgrade testing, and knowledge transfer
  • D365 certification is a plus
  • Environment lifecycle management (Dev/UAT/Prod), data import/export
  • Batch job monitoring, exception handling, integration support
  • Workflow configuration, security role setup, post-upgrade validation
  • Creation of technical runbooks, performance tuning, Microsoft escalations
  • Strong hands-on D365 FO technical exposure
