We are looking for a smart, well-presented male candidate to manage administrative operations and front-desk responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be efficient, organized, and have good communication and coordination skills to ensure the smooth functioning of daily office activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk / Reception Duties:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes.
  • Handle courier services – receiving and dispatching parcels.

Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain office supplies, stationery, and pantry inventory.
  • Coordinate facility maintenance, housekeeping, and vendor management.
  • Assist HR in handling attendance, ID cards, and joining formalities for new employees.
  • Support management with scheduling meetings and booking travel/accommodation.
  • Handle petty cash, office utility payments, and filing of administrative documents.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and support other departments as required.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in administration or front desk role.
  • Gender: Male (as position requires reception and admin coordination duties).
  • Skills:
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Presentable and well-groomed appearance.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
