We are looking for a smart, well-presented male candidate to manage administrative operations and front-desk responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be efficient, organized, and have good communication and coordination skills to ensure the smooth functioning of daily office activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk / Reception Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes.
- Handle courier services – receiving and dispatching parcels.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain office supplies, stationery, and pantry inventory.
- Coordinate facility maintenance, housekeeping, and vendor management.
- Assist HR in handling attendance, ID cards, and joining formalities for new employees.
- Support management with scheduling meetings and booking travel/accommodation.
- Handle petty cash, office utility payments, and filing of administrative documents.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and support other departments as required.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in administration or front desk role.
- Gender: Male (as position requires reception and admin coordination duties).
- Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Presentable and well-groomed appearance.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
