As a Sales Officer Gold Loan, your role involves sourcing Gold Loan Customers from the Open Market through various marketing activities, cold calls, and references. You will work closely with branches to convert branch leads for Gold Loan business. Your key responsibilities include: - Conducting marketing activities in the open market on a daily basis to generate leads. - Following up on branch leads and converting them into successful deals. - Ensuring the conversion of leads into logins. - Achieving your assigned monthly productivity targets. - Sourcing a high-quality portfolio and meeting the allocated sourcing budget (New to Bank) daily in terms of numbers and value. - Mapping the assigned area to identify its potential. - Creating leads based on activities for acquiring New to Bank customers. - Logging daily leads into the lead management system. - Meeting a minimum of 10 new customers daily and recording the Daily Sale Report (DSR) digitally and physically. - Facilitating the smooth onboarding of new customers by coordinating effectively with branch staff. - Educating customers about scheme details, interest servicing, and renewals. - Maintaining a diary and ensuring punctuality for all appointments. - Understanding products, industry practices, and trends to suggest necessary system/process changes to respective verticals.
